Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread.
- 1 small ripe avocado.
- 1/2 cup canned chickpeas.
- 2 Tablespoons BBQ sauce.
- 1/4 red onion(sliced thin).
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro.
Method:

Mix chickpeas and BBQ sauce.

Toast bread. Spoon 1/4 avocado onto the bread and spread evenly.
