Avocado And Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 an avocado.
  • 1 banana.
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen).
  • 1 cup of almond, coconut, soy, or rice milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional).

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients together, and serve immediately.
